About Us
Our Beginning and Amish Country Roots
Our story begins in Spruce View, Alberta, around 2009 where I and my brothers built 2 x 6 benches for Grandma and also for the Amish furniture store my family owned. Making money with the benches was the start of my entrepenurial upbringing. That success led to building and selling doghouses, huge and small, custom chicken coops, and then garden sheds, and even a complete garage for a neighbor.
But Spruce View is not really where it all began. Dad was born in Lancaster County, PA in Amish Country in 1975. All ten years of his schooling were shared with Mennonite and Amish children in a private school in Honey Brook, PA. He respected the Amish for their lifestyle choices and learned along with them the value of decent hard work. We came to enjoy this horse and buggy country too, the covered bridge, the neat stores, big and small, and Grandma and Grandpa and their house on the hill in the Weaverland Valley. What We Build and How We Serve
We specialize in unique custom designs like the barn style Rancher series, garage sheds like the Garage serices, the spacious hip roof design in the Traditional Hip series, sheep barns, and more. Take a look at our Picture Gallery and start dreaming about a shed for your space. We just may build it for you.
We design, build, and delivery. A Shed Mule from Indiana and a 30′ gooseneck trailer with a tilt deck and hydraulic tail let us get the shed exactly where you want it, even in tight spaces. Well, at least a lot of tight spaces, but not all.
Our shop is located in east side Stettler since 2022. We are happy to serve you and all of our customers in the central Alberta region as well as our neighbors around us.
Our plan and promise then, and now, is to provide a well built barn, with good lumber – tongue and groove sheeting, solid framing, and quality Dupont Paints, our own delivery options, prompt warranty work and friendly cheerful service, to you.
